Another slideshow for your enjoyment.

Forget Lincoln and Washington; we had Rocket and Maggie…and a host of others enjoying the park over the long weekend. Owners braved the cold and dogs played hard, running and tussling and oblivious to presidential birthdays and their accompanying department store white sales. Leave a comment if you see a dog you know!

It was a beautiful  Sunday morning and the dogs were obviously enjoying the (somewhat) freshly fallen snow. How many do you recognize?

Does anyone else out there watch ABC’s “Once Upon a Time (Sunday’s at 8)? It’s not the greatest show on TV, but they do have a great dog, a Dalmatian named “Pongo,” I assume named after Pongo in “101 Dalmatians.” Pongo’s owner is Archie Hopper, AKA Jiminy Cricket. So far Pongo hasn’t had much to do in the show except bark and whine. Let’s hope the writers don’t waste this obvious talent!
