The show sounds similar to Cesar Millan’s show “The Dog Whisperer” lately of the National Geographic channel. Behind-the scenes video clips on the website show Silver dealing the particular (and peculiar) problems of big city dogs and their owners.

Recounting how he got into the dog training biz, Silver explains that after coming home late from stand-up gigs, he watched one too many “depressing save the animals commercials” and started adopting dogs of his own. “What can I say? I speak dog!” he declares.
